  I am a regular at Theory Nail Lounge and I truly do not understand the various bad reviews. I have always been treated with the utmost professional attitude. Kelly and her husband are extremely courteous and friendly. I had to go back one time for a little problem and it got fixed with no dirty looks, no questions, nothing. They have menus waiting in their lounge area and the price of all the beverages are clearly noted. It clearly says at the door that you may not bring your own beverages. Many of the operators are of Asian origin, and they always and only speak English (among each other) when they have a customer. I appreciate being able to relax, have a drink and get my nails done. I appreciate being among only adults. So give it a try and you won't regret.
