  I been doing business with Johnstone for a long time never had to claim a warranty but this time I had a compressor very noisy on Goodman unit. Store in Upland try to help, I talked to upper management and no help Goodman drop the ball so management at end I was left along to figererao the problem. End up buying a new unit from different place to have my costumer happy.

  Didn't get to have much of an experience.. on hold for a long time.. called back and the man was very rude..guess they don't like building quality relationships or making money .. oh well..
